The PDI acts in three areas of activity:

PDI has a multi-purpose workshop in a 3200 m² hangar, which is equipped with a bridge crane (7 tons) mounted on a span of 16 meters and moves over 100 meters in length
PDI is active in the following sectors:
Industrial and shipbuilding (steel structures, boats, barges, pylons, tanks, containers)
Industrial maintenance (boiler construction, piping, welding, assembly, etc.)
Manufacture of agricultural machinery and post-harvest equipment (seeders, crushers, peeling machines, rice and millet threshers)
In addition to its management staff of 9 engineers and senior technicians, the PDI has a world class welder training center. This new center is equipped with the latest generation of welding stations.
PDI trains highly qualified welders and master craftsmen who are able to ensure the maintenance of rural equipment.
